While creating a positive client experience is far more than just sending a pretty package, it is an affective way to build relationships and your brand. My clients often share emails/texts with me letting me know as their clients pleasantly receive their gifts – it may be my favorite part of doing what I do. I can’t wait to share these stories with all of you!

This blog series will share a glimpse into what the gifting process is like, what information I need to design a gift that’s on brand and loved by each recipient, feedback in an interview format from my clients who gift through The Welcoming District, as well as lots of pretty inspirations!

Before we go any further, I would like to share a bit of my heart for the gifting process. I love giving because it makes people happy. It makes their day brighter and I believe in leaving the world a better place than the way I found it. I believe that relationships make life worth living and that we should be thankful for all the people in our lives. In our businesses, we make so many friends and are blessed to have the opportunity to work with them/provide and goods/services to them. This is why I gift and love helping others gift.

My hope is that our hearts are in the right place when we gift. I completely believe that you will gain new clients from creating such a positive experience for those with whom you do business; just want you to know that I believe in giving with a thankful heart. Even if I wasn’t promised more clients through gifting, I would still do it because I have the opportunity to express my gratitude for them and it brings them joy.
