Once you complete and submit the contact form, a project will be started for you in a wonderful place called HoneyBook. This is where I keep track of my projects, communicate, collect payments, sign agreements, take notes, and send files. It helps keep every detail organized and I absolutely love using it! You'll receive emails anytime there is a new message from me. If it's your first time using it, welcome to HoneyBook!
After we've said "hello" in HoneyBook, I'll provide you with some more details about the process and will ask for pictures. I love pet pictures! But who doesn't, right?!
Good photos are necessary for the project to begin, since it's how I'll know what your furry friend looks like. Sending a picture of them posed in the way you would like them painted is so helpful and saves a lot of time. Providing a few more to show any collars/accessories they wear and markings/fur color are also beneficial.
After we get all the details sorted out, it's time to officially get your project on my calendar. To do so, I send you an agreement and invoice through, you guessed it, HoneyBook. Once those two parts (signed agreement and payment) are completed, your project will begin on the date we agree upon. Most pet portraits are painted and digitized in 3-5 business days. The start date depends on my availability and how soon you need it.
As stated previously, a custom pet portrait takes anywhere from 3-5 business days. One of the reasons I schedule a "design week" is because it lets you know when you should keep an eye out for messages from me. The sooner I hear back from you regarding changes/approval, the sooner these sweet little furry files are yours!
Once you have your files, you may get items printed wherever you like. You will have the choice of getting them printed on your own elsewhere, or you can choose any of the fun items I offer below. Just scroll down the page to see if anything interests you. These products may be ordered right away at the time you purchase the painting or you can purchase them later if you're not sure. Regardless, you'll have a hand-painted, digitized painting that you can cherish for years to come!
