Let the celebration begin! Greet your guests with a bar sign that welcomes and informs in the prettiest way possible. Have a signature cocktail or two in mind? Perfect! I'll paint them and design beautiful signage that can even include your wedding crest or pet's portrait! Whatever you choose to include, it's sure to be lovely and undeniably you!
for personality packed wedding receptions
Where will this meaningful sign greet your guests at the bar? In a frame on the bar or a mounted poster sitting on an easel? I offer to create one of the following digital file sizes:
8"x10"
11"x14"/22"x28"*
24"x36"
*This is my favorite because it's scaleable to either size allowing you to have a framed and mounted poster option.
Along with your files, I send my recommendations for printing. You can order smaller sizes (8"x10" and 11"x14") prints through me if you'd like. Mounted posters (22"x28" and 24"x36") are best printed near you for easy pickup, but it's so easy with the way I set up your files!
Once your signature cocktail sign is designed, you will receive a JPG, PNG, and PDF file of the sign and your project is complete. You have personal printing rights. (You'll receive separate files of pet's, too, if you choose that package.)
This is when I put all your details together and paint custom elements. I schedule a "design week" so it lets you know when you should keep an eye out for messages from me. The sooner I hear back from you regarding changes/approval, the sooner you have your crest files.
Send me photos/descriptions of what you'd like your drinks to look like. I'll need to know glassware, color of beverage, and any garnishes. I'll need photos of your pets, too, if you're including them.
Once I gather more details from you, I'll send you a proposal including an invoice and agreement. Your officially on my design calendar once that's paid and signed.
Please fill out my contact form. It starts a project for you in HoneyBook where I can easily send you more questions and information.

While I need to know your drinks to start your project, depending upon my schedule, you may want to go ahead and book this project so you're on my design calendar. I recommend scheduling a project date a few weeks after your tasting is scheduled just in case that gets pushed back for any reason.
Most of the time, signature drinks for weddings are classic cocktails renamed for your special day. As long as that's the case, I need the name of the classic drink, what you'll call it, the ingredients, garnish, and the glassware. If your cocktails will be served in plastic cups, I recommend having it painted in glassware for an elevated look.
Cocktails are painted once so it's important to have these details before I begin. You may provide a photo for reference or the information in list form.
It's easy to get wrapped up in aesthetics, but you need to consider bar logistics, too. Guests should know what they want by the time they get to the bartender.
I suggest having a sign large enough that they can see what's available while they're in line. Especially if there is only one bar well. That will help keep the line from getting too long.
Your cocktail sign includes one size of your choice. I suggest 11"x14"/22"x28" because they're the same scale. You can print the same file at both sizes: one for a framed sign on the bar and the other for a mounted poster on an easel.
