Due to the nature of custom artwork/artwork being copied, I do not accept returns. If something is wrong with your item, please let me know within 48 hours of receiving it and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
If a shop item arrives incorrectly, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt so that I can correct the situation. If I mistakenly sent you the wrong item, I do apologize! Please let me know and I will send you a return label. Once tracking begins on the returned item, I can ship the correct item. Or if you prefer, you can repurchase the correct item, and I will refund the initial order once the incorrect item is received back in my studio. Thank you for your understanding!
While I wish I could hand-deliver every order myself, we have to trust USPS to get each package to you safely. Once it's left my studio, The Welcoming District is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or undeliverable packages. I will, however, do my best to help you resolve the issue.
If you provided an incorrect shipping address and your package is sent back to me, you will need to pay to have it shipped again along with a $10 service fee.
Because I use different printing companies, your order may arrive in separate boxes. I like to give my customers a heads up about this, but if for some reason you did not receive a notification, please contact me.
Sales tax is applicable to residents in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
