Irish Coffee Signature Cocktail Sign

If you’re planning a winter wedding or event, an Irish Coffee may be your perfect signature drink! It’s easy to make and serves as the perfect warmup on chilly winter evenings. Garnish these elegant glass mugs with chocolate shavings, peppermint, or maybe a little cinnamon and sugar. Regardless of your choice, it’s sure to be a fan favorite!

Irish Coffee Recipe

This cocktail only needs a few ingredients, but choose wisely. First, it’s an Irish Coffee, so it’s traditionally made with Irish whiskey. My favorite (for this drink) is Jameson and strongly suggest using it. (A third of my life was spent working in the hospitality industry. Trust me on this.) You’ll also need light brown sugar, coffee, and whipped cream. I’ll admit, I’m not a coffee connoisseur, so I have no suggestions other than an inexpensive coffee you enjoy. Fresh whipped cream will take this drink to the next level, but realistically, you’ll probably want to use Ready Whip if you’re expecting a lot of guests. Add a garnish of your choice (or not) and enjoy!
