Hello, friends! I had the lovely opportunity to design welcome gifts for a springtime Tudor Place wedding! If you’ve never been to this national historic landmark, you really should treat yourself as the house and gardens are a dream! It’s the perfect backdrop for a romantic wedding!
I designed the welcome gifts in French market baskets and included details such as grey silk ribbon and fresh cut roses to greet each guest! As seen below, the welcome note wasn’t written on traditional paper. Rather a calligraphed sentiment on a bottle of wine thanked the recipient. A mix of sweet and salty noshes were gifted including a local D.C. favorite – Olivia Macaron! What I loved about these gifts is how simple they were to put together! By focusing on using high quality, artisan goodies, they didn’t need a lot of prep work to get them in gift-ready shape. Keep scrolling to see all the pretty details and participants of this day!
